Our products under the brand name RAMHANS are 100% Boiling Water Proof Grade with ISI and ISO Mark embossed on every sheet. The company manufacture’s strictly as per as specification and also frequently sends random samples for test to various test houses. The surface of Shuttering plywood is over laid with 115 GSM Phenol Impregnated Film. The sides are resealed by acrylic paint to preserve moisture absorption and swelling, The entire process of manufacturing veneers, resin, film and densified plywood is completed in-house using modern and well-equipped plant. It is the ideal framework material for precast, concrete molds since it is free from dents, non-corrosive and imparts an evenly fine finish on the concrete surface. This results in additional cost saving since no re-plastering or finishing is required.

Its unique features include, Selected naturally are durable cross band veneers impregnated with specially formulated phenol resin and phenol film plywood pack made of veneers and cross band resin impregnated veneers. Face veneer on either side topped with phenol resin impregnated film. Pressed with stainless steel plates and laminated under very high pressure and heat. Smooth mirror like finish on both surfaces, which reflect on the RCC construction which in return leads to a huge 40 percent COST SAVING. Re-usability up to several times on either side depending on careful handling in respect of fixing, removal, storage.
